Rachele Pickett

Rachele Pickett is the Director of Sales for WellCare Medicare plans at Centene Corporation, where they are responsible for driving new sales growth and membership retention. Since 2019, Rachele has developed quarterly business plans with Account Executives and facilitated market development through strategic targeting. Prior to this role, Rachele served as a Medicare Sales Agent at Fidelis Care from 2011 to 2017 and as a Sales Manager at Centene Corporation from 2017 to 2019, where they successfully recruited and trained Medicare field staff. Rachele is currently pursuing education at USC.
