Ruth Bush

Ruth Bush is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in proposal development and behavioral health services. Currently serving as the Staff Vice President of Proposal Solutions at Centene Corporation since December 2015, Ruth leads corporate response development to complex Medicaid-related proposals and collaborates across departments to ensure accuracy and innovation in submissions. Prior roles at Centene include Senior Director and Director of Proposal Development, as well as Director of Behavioral Health Integration. Ruth's experience also encompasses leadership positions at the Comprehensive Medical and Dental Program and EASTER SEALS BLAKE FOUNDATION, where expertise in behavioral health services for children in out-of-home care was provided. Ruth holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Ashland University and a Bachelor of Arts in Bible/Biblical Studies from Azusa Pacific University.
