Steve Arel

Steve Arel is currently the communications director at Centene Corporation, a role they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Arel served as the physician strategy lead at Humana from 2013 to 2022 and gained experience as the command information chief and public affairs officer for the U.S. Army between 2004 and 2013. Arel has been working as a freelance writer since 2001. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Louisville in 2001 and are presently studying at Elizabethtown Community and Technical College.
