Tracy Debose

Tracy DeBose, LCSW, CCM, currently serves as Program Manager IV at Centene Corporation since May 2022, overseeing care coordination for Illinois Medicaid consumers and managing a team of clinicians and support staff. Prior experience includes positions at Meridian and Aetna, where responsibilities encompassed managing clinical health services and complex case management. Tracy's extensive background includes significant roles at Centene Corporation in case management and behavioral health coordination, as well as counseling positions at Catholic Charities and CAUSES Child Abuse Treatment Center. Tracy holds a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ohio University.
