Whitney Leinen

Whitney Leinen is a technologist with over eighteen years of experience in IT architecture. They began their career as a Research Associate at BCS Incorporated, consulting for the U.S. Department of Energy. Whitney then served as an Analyst/Graduate Intern for the U.S. Government Accountability Office, auditing the Department of Energy’s Loan Guarantee Program, before becoming a Senior Consultant at IBM Global Business Services, where they provided organizational change strategy consulting to public sector clients. After several years as a Business Architect at Leveraging Technology, Inc., Whitney currently works as a Senior Business Solutions Architect at Centene Corporation, having previously held the role of Lead Business Analyst within the same company. They earned a Master of Public Policy in Public Policy Analysis from William & Mary.
