Winnie Tu

Winnie Tu, SHRM-CP, CDR, serves as a University Relations Specialist at Centene Corporation since January 2023, focusing on developing relationships with campuses and diversity partners to support internship programs and enhance the intern employment brand. Previously, Winnie held multiple roles at HCSS, including Intern Program Manager, where responsibilities involved managing a comprehensive intern experience and partnering with numerous schools for recruitment events, as well as serving as a Talent Acquisition Advisor in technical recruitment. Winnie began the career as a Talent Acquisition Intern, creating engaging candidate experiences and leading campus ambassador initiatives. Early experience includes a Junior Researcher Intern role at The Omerta Group and a Barista/Cashier position at Twinkle. Winnie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Supply Chain Management from the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business.
