The Center for Active Stewardship (CAS) makes proxy voting transparent and holds asset managers accountable for how they vote.

We publish the first and only free, downloadable database of all U.S. funds' proxy votes. Explore the data: https://proxydata.org/

CAS is also building tools to turn millions of voting records into actionable insights. The first release in this line is our Climate Ratings, which score and rank every manager we track based on their votes on climate-related shareholder proposals. Visit: https://activestewardship.org/ratings/
