Center for All Abilities (CAA) was founded in 2015. We recognized a service gap in the special needs community, particularly among Chinese immigrant families. CAA acts as a supportive resource for these families to turn to in times of need, offering programming for neurodiverse children, learning resources for parents and caregivers, and a supportive atmosphere for the entire family. Our mission is to empower people of all abilities through enrichment programs to reach their full potential and thrive in the community. We envision a world where those of all abilities can integrate fully in society.

CREATIVE ARTS THERAPY: Licensed therapists use visual art, music, and movement to support emotional regulation, communication, and connection — meeting each participant where they are.

VOCATIONAL TRAINING: Through Blue Hat (culinary and barista arts) and Project A (sewing and design), we build real-world skills, confidence, and pathways toward employment and independence.

SPECIAL NEEDS OUTREACH: We connect families to resources, navigate systems alongside them, and offer culturally and linguistically accessible support for those who often fall through the cracks.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT & EDUCATION: From professional development trainings to family events, we build awareness and capacity — strengthening the broader community's ability to include and uplift neurodiverse individuals.
