Tom Thomas

Tom Thomas is a seasoned technology executive and decorated veteran with over two decades of experience in cyber defense, cloud engineering, and enterprise architecture. Currently serving as the Manager of Cyber Defense & Cloud Engineering at the Center for Internet Security, Tom leads the design and optimization of cloud applications while developing audit standards and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Previously, they owned WildOlives, providing cloud readiness assessments and governance support for compliance in various high-stakes environments. Tom also held roles at Evergy and Nike, where they spearheaded operational and security initiatives. Tom earned a Master’s degree from Capella University and is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland College Park.
