The Center for School Transformation was formed in 2009 by Bob & Megan Tschannen-Moran of LifeTrek Coaching International. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of LifeTrek, Inc., founded in 1998 to provide coaching and consulting services to organizations and individuals. The Center offers coach training, staff development workshops, leadership coaching, and whole-system transformation initiatives in K-12 schools. We assist school leaders and instructional coaches to have inspiring conversations with teachers so that together they achieve desired outcomes and enhance their quality of life.
