Bas Post has a diverse work experience in marketing and product management roles. Bas started their career at Océ Nederland B.V. in 2003, where they served as an Account Manager for Regional and Major Accounts. After that, they became a Product Manager and later a Segment Marketeer, responsible for market research and developing marketing campaigns.
In 2011, Bas Post joined Center Parcs as a Senior Product Manager for the Dutch, Belgium, and German markets. Bas managed the portfolio of products and services, focusing on aligning customer expectations and needs. Bas also led projects related to target group approach and proposition development.
Over the years, Bas Post took on increasingly senior roles at Center Parcs, including Senior Product Marketing Manager, Senior Product Strategy Manager, and finally Product Strategy Director. In these positions, they were responsible for defining the product marketing strategy and managing key strategic projects within the company. Bas also led teams of direct reports.
Most recently, Bas Post has held the position of Marketing Director for Belgium, the Netherlands, and NFM markets at Center Parcs. In this role, they are responsible for the overall marketing strategy, brand management, and coordinating brand activation and communication. Bas also contributes to the commercial and financial targets of the mentioned brands.
Throughout their career, Bas Post has demonstrated expertise in strategy development, brand management, customer experience, and campaign management.
Bas Post completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in HTS Technische Bedrijfskunde, specializing in Marketing & Logistiek, at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 1997 to 2001. Bas then pursued their Master of Science (MSc) in Bedrijfswetenschappen, specifically in Marketing, at Radboud University from 2001 to 2003.
