Mathieu Johan

Mathieu JOHAN is an accomplished professional in the hospitality sector, currently serving as Chef de Projets Developpement, Operations et Partenariats at Center Parcs since January 2017. In this role, Mathieu focuses on operational excellence through various improvement projects, organizational planning, and supporting operational experts across multiple departments. Previously, Mathieu held significant leadership roles at Aparthotels Adagio from 2007 to 2021, including responsibilities for opening new locations, managing franchises, and implementing Lean management practices across Europe. Educationally, Mathieu holds a Master’s degree in Hospitality Administration from ESH Paris Hotelschool and a BTS in Hospitality and Restaurant Management.
