Alejandro Arciniegas

Alejandro Arciniegas is an experienced executive currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Center Source Group since January 2025, where operational strategy and execution are prioritized for sustainable growth and excellence. Previously, Alejandro held the position of VP Operations-Country Lead at Optum from June 2022 to September 2024, focusing on business growth in Colombia with full P&L responsibility and driving operational excellence through AI and ML initiatives. Prior roles include Vice President Operations & General Manager at SYKES Costa Rica, where Alejandro significantly enhanced operational performance and employee experience, and Managing Partner at Magma Coltan, where a successful business plan was instituted for a mineral trading startup. Alejandro's career also includes a role as Sales and Partnerships Director at Microsoft, where sales operations were led through a significant transition to SaaS offerings. Alejandro holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of St. Thomas and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
