Shirley León has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Shirley began their career at EGS - Alorica in 2015 as a Tech Agent, providing technical support. Shirley then worked at Graffiti Comunicaciones as a Community Manager from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, they served as a Community Marketing Manager at Agro Nosotros. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Customer Care Agent at Radius Global Solutions LLC, handling various projects including Proctor U and Essence Health Care. In 2021, they interned at PNUD Panamá as a Public Information Intern. Shirley also worked as an Elementary Coordination Assistant at Oxford International School (OIS Panamá), providing support during COVID restrictions. Most recently, they joined Center Source, Inc. in 2021 as a Customer Service Specialist, assisting customers and ensuring a positive experience. Shirley was later promoted to the role of Social Media Manager in 2022.

Shirley León began their education journey in 2016 at Universidad Latina de Panamá, where they pursued a degree in Mercadeo y Publicidad con énfasis en Diseño Gráfico (Marketing and Advertising with a focus on Graphic Design). Shirley completed this degree in 2018.

Following their undergraduate studies, Shirley León furthered their education in the field of law. From 2019 to 2022, they attended Universidad Latina de Panamá and obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB).

In addition to their formal education, Shirley León obtained a certification in Jira Service Management Fundamentals from Atlassian in October 2022.
