Abdi Ali

Abdi Ali has worked in a variety of roles since 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Technical Specialist at Apple, where they assisted in troubleshooting Apple devices with customers and guided them to the right solution. In 2019, they worked as a Patient Intake Services Specialist at Twin Cities Orthopedics, where they communicated with patients and their families to facilitate information between them and their doctors and other medical staff, organized multiple patients records depending on their individual needs, and reviewed patients medical history.
