Melissa Ucles

Melissa Ucles has held a variety of roles throughout their career. Melissa began as a Server at Perry's Steakhouse & Grille in 2017, then moved on to become an Administrative Assistant at Hedlesten Law Firm in 2020. In 2021, they took on two roles at Aries Worldwide Logistics, as an Account Manager/Project Manager and an Inside Sales Specialist. Currently, they are an Implementation Project Manager at Centerbase, a position they have held since 2022.

Melissa Ucles obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Management Information Systems, General from the University of Houston in 2019. In 2021, they earned their Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae (CSM\u00ae) from the Scrum Alliance. In 2022, they obtained the Beginner's Guide to Agile in Jira Badge and the Jira Service Management Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian.
