Lance Toma

Lance Toma is a dedicated healthcare leader currently serving as the Secretary of the Board of Directors at CenterLink and Co-Chair of the HIV/AIDS Provider Network. Previously, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at the San Francisco Community Health Center. With board memberships at CAEAR Coalition Inc. and NMAC, Lance is committed to addressing the needs of diverse communities. They have also contributed as a Commissioner on the California Commission on APIA Affairs since 2020, focusing on elevating the social and political issues of Asian and Pacific Islander Americans. Lance earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University and a Master of Social Work from The University of Chicago.
