Lee Carpenter

Lee Carpenter is currently the Leisure Director at Center Parcs, where they provide strategic direction across the Leisure and SPA Divisions. Previously, they served as Group Leisure Manager, overseeing the commercial performance of multiple divisions. With extensive experience in leisure management, Lee has held roles including Deputy General Manager and Leisure Services Manager, responsible for substantial budgets and a diverse range of leisure facilities. Lee holds a BA Honours degree in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Facilities Management from Loughborough College.
