Simon Evans is an experienced construction professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Head of Construction at Center Parcs UK & Ireland since March 2012, Simon has held multiple roles including Group Development Projects & Building Asset Manager, Buildings Asset Manager, and Development Project Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Project Manager at Faithful+Gould from September 2006 to March 2012, Capital Projects Manager at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust from 2002 to 2006, and Architectural Technologist at Ashfield District Council from 1994 to 2003. Simon holds an MSc in Project Management from Sheffield Hallam University and has completed HND and HNC qualifications in Construction from Vision West Nottinghamshire College and Nottingham Trent University, respectively.
