Thomas Sharp

Thomas Sharp, MSML, has a robust background in operations management and training, particularly within the energy and military sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Operator Qualification Evaluator at CenterPoint Energy since December 2010, Thomas has successfully implemented electronic qualification records and has significantly increased contractor qualification rates. Previous roles include Program Manager for Operator Qualification and Senior Specialist in Technical Training, where Thomas developed critical training programs for employees across multiple states. Prior to CenterPoint Energy, Thomas's military career included various leadership positions within the Marine Corps, focusing on intelligence training and operations. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Miami University.
