Sean Charnock

Sean Charnock is an accomplished executive with significant experience in strategic leadership and governance across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Centersquare and President at Round Springs Ventures, Sean also holds board positions at itopia.US and Faction, Inc., in addition to serving as CEO at Faction, Inc. and advising the Board at Kentik. Sean Charnock earned an MBA in Finance from Regis University and a B.S. in Finance and Banking from the University of North Florida.
