Raj Deb has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Surajit ("Raj") worked as the Director of Global Pricing Strategy & Analytics at Evoque Data Center Solutions, where they were responsible for managing pricing strategy and overseeing non-standard deals. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Strategy & Business Planning at Fiber Mountain, where they evaluated growth initiatives and developed business cases. Raj also incubated a boutique management consulting firm called Conversation8, where they focused on helping software/solution providers utilize AI and conversational capabilities. Surajit ("Raj") has extensive experience at Verizon, where they held multiple roles including Product Management & Development, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis, Strategic Planning & Implementation, Global Integration Deals, Product Pricing - Strategic Services, Pricing & Contract Management, and National Account Sales. Throughout their career, Raj has demonstrated strong analytical and strategic skills.

Surajit ("Raj") Deb has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Delhi Technological University (Formerly DCE). Surajit ("Raj") also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing & Finance from Delhi University. Additionally, they have attained a certification in Lean Six Sigma, specifically "Best in Class." Raj also attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for their AISSCE and Delhi College of Engineering for further studies.
