Mr. Smith has established himself as a leading advisor in the healthcare sector. Prior to Centerview, Mr. Smith spent 17 years at Credit Suisse where he was Global Head of the Healthcare Group. Before joining Credit Suisse, he worked at Alex. Brown & Sons and Lehman Brothers Kuhn, Loeb.
He received an MBA from the Columbia Business School, a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a B.S. from the Franklin and Marshall College.
