Joe Nay

Joe Nay is an executive leader with over 20 years of experience in federal acquisitions, contracting, program management, and IT modernization. They have 17+ years of civil service, most recently serving as a Senior Leader in the VA’s Office of Information and Technology (OIT). Currently, Joe is the SVP for VA at Decision Lens and an Advisory Board Member at Centeva, where they direct strategic growth initiatives and partnership development. Joe holds a degree in Business from the University of Utah, a BS in Business Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, and an MBA in Information Systems from the University of North Alabama.
