Tim Warner join the Centier Commercial Banking group in 2006. He specializes in meeting the borrowing, cash management, and investment needs for small to medium-sized businesses, primarily small manufacturers and service-oriented operations.
With more than 35 years of experience in commercial banking and credit management, Tim has assisted businesses with borrowing needs ranging from $50,000 to $25 million. In addition, he has developed a specialty working with family-owned and operated business and with nonprofit organizations, ranging from faith-based to municipalities.
Tim a graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a degree in finance. A resident of Valparaiso, he is a member of the Valparaiso Park Board, the Valparaiso Park Foundation Board, United Way of Porter County Board and serves as Treasurer, City of Valparaiso Plan Commission, the Valparaiso Country Club Board, the City of Valparaiso Economic Development Commission, the City of Valparaiso Building Corporation Board and serves as treasurer for the Valparaiso Rotary Club.
