Jane Baylis

Jane Baylis is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Associate VP and Head of HR at Centific since August 2021, Jane previously held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at NetElixir, where responsibilities included leading a fully integrated HR function. Jane's background also includes serving as an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers University, developing and teaching graduate-level HR courses, and directing HR functions across multiple global subsidiaries at OnX Managed Services. Earlier in Jane's career, significant roles included Human Resources Director at Princeton Softech, where a focus on developing HR policies enhanced organizational efficiency, and Vice President of Corporate Services at American List Counsel, where Jane established a comprehensive HR function. Jane holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University.
