Mike Armstrong

Mike Armstrong, CAIA, currently serves as Managing Director at GI Partners since April 2025 and previously held various roles at the firm, including Director and Head of Acquisitions for technology real estate investments. Additionally, Mike is a Board Advisor at Carbon Lighthouse and has been involved as an Early Stage Investor since 2014. Prior experience includes positions as Chief Strategy Officer, Managing Director, and Chief Financial Officer at Stream Data Centers, Managing Partner at Percheron Real Estate Partners, and Senior Advisor at Carbon Lighthouse. A background in real estate investment at J.P. Morgan encompassed positions as Vice President in Mezzanine and Preferred Equity, Acquisitions, and Infrastructure Investments. Educational achievements include an AB in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
