Andreia Pinto

Andreia Pinto is a Clinical Scientist at CENTOGENE since July 2021, previously serving as a Molecular Biologist at Centro de Medicina Laboratorial Germano de Sousa from January 2020 to June 2021. Prior to that, Andreia worked as a Molecular Geneticist at CGC Genetics from September 2014 to December 2019, specializing in the diagnosis of inherited diseases with expertise in neurology, oncology, and immunology, among other areas. Andreia's academic background includes a Master's degree in Forensic Genetics and a Bachelor's degree in Biology, both obtained from Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade do Porto. Early experiences include a Master Thesis at IPATIMUP in population genetics and an internship at ICBAS focused on microbiology and food technology.
