With over 20 years of experience in mechanical design, manufacturing, and quality engineering, they have held previous positions at companies such as HOIST Fitness Systems, Precor, and Teradyne, excelling in leadership and project management roles. Thao has a strong background in coaching and motivating teams, focusing on developing innovative solutions while maintaining cost efficiency. Alongside their extensive engineering expertise, they have engaged in pro bono legal work to promote access to justice. Thao is currently pursuing advanced degrees in business and engineering while holding a Juris Doctor.
