The Network and Technical Services team at CentraCom is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the company's statewide fiber-optic network. This includes upgrading the core backbone to handle increased data transmission demands, ensuring network reliability through redundant points of presence (POPs), and facilitating secure connectivity solutions for businesses using Fortinet products. The team also implements geographically diverse disaster recovery options and supports cloud integration by connecting to major Utah data centers. Team members handle everything from network engineering and administration to on-site fiber-optic installations and comprehensive networking solutions.
