Monica Ware

Monica Ware has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Monica began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Hancock County Department of Job and Family Services from 2005 to 2011. Monica then worked as an Unemployment Adjudicator at the State of Ohio from 2011 to 2013. Following that, they served as a Workforce Counselor at Hancock County Department of Job and Family Services from 2013 to 2014, providing eligibility for clients and matching employers with dependable employees. At IntelliHARTx, LLC, they worked as a Training and Talent Administrator from 2014 to 2015, monitoring and evaluating training programs. Since 2015, they have been employed at CentraComm, initially as a Business Development Representative, introducing network and security solutions to customers. Monica later transitioned to the role of Sales Administrator and is currently working as an Enterprise Client Executive. In this position, they offer IT solutions relevant to an organization's network, cybersecurity, and internet access.

Monica Ware earned a diploma from Twenty Nine Palms High School from 1990 to 1993. In addition to their high school education, they obtained several certifications throughout their career. In December 2015, Monica became a Splunk Certified Sales Rep I 6.3 after completing the required training program at Splunk. Monica then went on to obtain a Zscaler Certified Sales Professional certification in June 2021 from Zscaler. Most recently, in October 2022, Monica became a Legendary Sales Champion through Juniper Networks.
