Jason Seale has a diverse work experience in various positions. Jason started their career in 1999 at TRG Customer Solutions where they served as an Operations Manager, exceeding client program objectives and leading a team of supervisors and agents. Jason also worked as a Senior Program Trainer, conducting training for new employees and monitoring performance. In 2008, they became the Call Center Manager at Ultramatic Sleep of Canada, where they developed and implemented standard operating procedures. Currently, they are working at Central 1 as the Director of Client Support Services, responsible for managing the external client support processes and ensuring compliance with policies and security standards.
Jason Seale attended Fleming College from 1996 to 1998, where they pursued a degree in Law and Security. Within this degree program, they focused on Psychology, Sociology, and Criminology. In addition to their college education, Jason Seale obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute in October 2021.
