Victor Chan

Victor Chan is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in project and technical management within the IT and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Application Management at Central 1 since January 2023, Victor has previously held significant roles such as Senior Technical Project Manager for the BC Cancer Redevelopment Project at the Provincial Health Services Authority, where responsibilities included managing project progress and facilitating application architecture discussions. Victor's expertise extends to managing DevOps teams and clinical application projects, ensuring stakeholder collaboration, and advancing team skillsets through development initiatives.
