Previously, Roy Kim served as a consultant at High Point Schaer from 1987 to 1991 and worked as an engineer at HCB Contractors from 1982 to 1987. Educationally, Roy Kim holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Stanford University (1985-1986) and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley (1978-1982).
