Jena Patel

Jena Patel is an emerging professional in psychology with a diverse range of experiences. Currently serving as a Mental Health Peer Coach at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Jena provides peer support and guidance in achieving academic and personal goals. As a Research Assistant at the Attention & Working Memory Lab, Jena has gained valuable skills in participant training and experimental data analysis. Jena is also actively involved as a Project Sunshine Volunteer, delivering therapeutic interactions with pediatric patients to enhance their mental health. Additionally, Jena has experience in the entertainment industry as a Background Artist with Central Casting and has worked as a Physical Therapy Aide at BenchMark Physical Therapy. Recently, Jena began a role as a Medical Assistant at West Georgia Dermatology, supporting dermatological procedures and patient care. Jena holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology and previously earned a High School Diploma from The Heritage School in Newnan, GA.
