Central Element has delivered award-winning boutique residences across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and North Shore. Last year, Central Element made its debut in Sydney's Inner West with the waterfront project Bianca Drummoyne, scheduled for completion late-2025. This year sees the advancement of the heritage listed Ballamac House Coogee, mixed-use Pienza Neutral Bay and Ethos Chatswood projects, all set to be completed next year. Additionally, the team will continue to preserve and celebrate the story of West Olympia Theatre in Paddington as it transforms into a leading hotel and entertainment precinct, featuring Australia’s first 25hours hotel, opening mid-2025. Recent acquisitions include a rare Sandridge Street site in Bondi Beach set to deliver a boutique ultra-premium project and a prime parcel of land in Greenwich earmarked for a highly sought after mixed-use seniors living project.

Central Element’s commitment to fostering a strong company culture and implementing innovative, sustainable development practices has earned it numerous prestigious industry accolades. Its most recent completed project, Anden Coogee, has received multiple awards, including two at the UDIA NSW 2023 Awards and a distinguished five-star rating at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2024-25.
