Lalit Bhat is a construction and real estate professional with extensive experience in project management and architectural design. They began their career as DGM-Planning & Design at Homex India Pvt Ltd and later served as Sr Architect at Sweta Estates Pvt Ltd. From 2011 to 2022, Lalit led project management at Santushti Homes Pvt Ltd and is currently the Senior Vice President at Central Park. Lalit holds a Master of Science in Project Management in the Built Environment from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor of Architecture with First Class Honours from the University of Mumbai.
