Jane Ginns

Jane Ginns is the Founder and Chair of the Central Welcome Project, where they leverage their diverse legal background to foster relationship-building and career development in the legal industry. Previously, Jane served as a Litigation Associate at Balber Pickard Maldonado & Van Der Tuin, PC and Freeborn & Peters LLP, and as a Staff Attorney for the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany, Inc., where they evaluated claims related to Holocaust restitution. Jane has also held leadership roles, including Director at Pollack Badawi Group, where they specialized in legal recruiting in New York and Washington, DC. They have been a Board Member of HIAS from 2014 to 2023 and have obtained a J.D. with honors from The George Washington University Law School, as well as a B.A. with honors in History and International Studies from Northwestern University.
