Rena Allen is a Child Development and Organizational Behavior Consultant with a strong background in special education. They served as the Director of Developmental Learning and Special Education at Central Synagogue since 2013, following their role as an Assistant Teacher at Ramaz School in 2007-2008. Rena holds a Master of Science in Special Education from Bank Street College of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Binghamton University, along with coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology and studies in Organizational Behavior from Harvard Extension School.
