Lanja Rakoto

Lanja Rakoto is an experienced business developer currently employed at Central Test since April 2019, where responsibilities include managing client requests, assisting with platform usage, creating accounts, scheduling follow-ups with key accounts, and developing a client portfolio. Previously, Lanja held positions in customer support and technical support at Central Test and SFR, respectively. Lanja holds a Master's degree in Urbanism, Community, and Regional Development from the University of Antananarivo and has obtained various certifications in IT support and general sales, marketing, and merchandising from Intelcia Madagascar and Madagascar Entreprises Development.
