Romane M. is currently the Responsable des ressources humaines at Central Test, a position held since 2025. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Générationnel from 2024 to 2025, where they focused on recruitment strategy and employer branding. Romane has an extensive background in management roles, including positions at INTELCIA and the Agence nationale des titres sécurisés in 2022. They hold multiple master's degrees, including one in Political Science and Government from both Panteion University and Université libre de Bruxelles, and an MBA in HR Management from ISCOD, expected in 2024.
