Todd specializes in sourcing Salesforce-certified professionals and aims to provide economic opportunities to talented individuals. In addition, Todd is an Advisor at Silicon Catalyst since 2022.

Prior to their current roles, Todd served as the Chief Of Staff and later as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance & Administration at GSI Health from 2013 to 2018. Todd was responsible for various aspects of corporate systems, including accounting, budgeting, pricing, and employee benefits. Todd also implemented systems to track key performance indicators for executive management and the board of directors.

In 1997, Todd attended Santa Clara University, where they earned an MBA in Finance and Marketing in 1998.
