Ellen Bashore

Ellen Bashore serves as the Director of Professional Services at CentralSquare Technologies, leading a remote team of 9-12 Project Managers across multiple product lines since April 2019. Previously, Ellen held positions including Senior Manager and Manager of Customer Project Management, where responsibilities included managing substantial portfolio revenues and ensuring project success in public safety and justice software implementations. Prior to CentralSquare Technologies, Ellen spent over a decade at LINQ, transforming customer service operations to achieve high satisfaction and retention rates. Ellen's career began at McKesson as a Technical Support Specialist, providing key support for pharmacy automation products. Ellen holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Mary Washington and completed a coaching program at the Center for Creative Leadership.
