Shellie Cherner

Shellie Cherner, Esq., CIPP serves as the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant Corporate Secretary at CentralSquare Technologies since July 2022, leading a team focused on commercial contracting and serving as the primary Labor and Employment Counsel. Previously, Shellie held various roles at Iron Mountain from 2014 to 2022, including Vice President of Business and Customer Development and Director and Senior Counsel, excelling in sales leadership and contract negotiations. Shellie’s extensive legal background also includes positions at Recall Corporation, Aaron's, Inc., EasyLink Services International Corporation, Aelera Resources Corporation, and S1 Corporation, where Shellie managed legal teams, developed corporate strategies, and provided general counsel services across multiple industries. Shellie holds a Juris Doctorate from The University of Alabama School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
