Paula Milne

Paula Milne has extensive experience in the field of financial crime prevention and compliance. Paula is currently serving as the Chief Operations and Risk Officer at centrapay since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Paula Milne Consulting Limited from February 2020 to November 2022, specializing in AML/CFT (audit and advisory), fraud, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and sanctions advisory.

Before joining centrapay, Paula held several positions at ANZ. Paula served as the Head of Financial Crime from December 2016 to January 2020, Head of Compliance & Op Risk, Pacific from June to December 2016, and Senior Manager, AML & Sanctions from May 2015 to June 2016.

Prior to their tenure at ANZ, Paula worked at ASB Bank as the Head of AML & Sanctions Compliance from October 2013 to April 2015.
