Dawn Kline, RN-BC, BSN, DHA has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Dawn began their career at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, where they worked as a Staff Nurse, Neonatal Transport, and ECMO Coordinator from 1990 to 1997. Dawn then took on the role of Nurse Manager in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) from 1997 to 1999. Moving on to Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Dawn served as the Nurse Manager of the NICU from 1999 to 2002, and later as the Senior Manager of Women's and Children's Services from 2002 to 2004. Currently, Dawn is the Executive Director, overseeing Maternal Child Health and Nursing Administration at CentraState Healthcare System since 2004. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and a dedication to providing high-quality patient care.

Dawn Kline, RN-BC, BSN, DHA has a long and diverse education history. Dawn received their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Kean University in 1995. Following that, in 1999 they pursued their Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) from Seton Hall University. Most recently, they completed their Doctorate in Healthcare Administration from Capella University in 2021. Alongside their formal education, Dawn also holds additional certifications as a Registered Nurse from the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs in 1989, and as a Low Risk Neonatal Nurse from the National Certification Corporation.
