Fran Keane

Fran Keane has a diverse work experience, with a focus in human resources and volunteer work. Fran began their career in 1985 as the Director of Human Resources at the Medical Center Ocean County. Fran then moved on to work at Meridian Health System as the AVP of Human Resources from 1996 to 2001. Following this, they held the position of VP of Human Resources at CentraState Heatlhcare Systems from 2001 to present. In addition to their corporate roles, Fran has also served as the Board President of the Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore and as the Board Chair of the Monmouth County Workforce Investment Board, both as volunteer positions starting in 2014. Fran also worked as HR at ASHRA from 2001 to 2011.

Fran Keane earned a BS in Visual Communications from Kean University, which they attended from 1973 to 1978. Later, they pursued further education at Capella University and completed an MS in Human Resources from 2005 to 2008.
