Lele Msimango

Lele Msimango has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. They began their career as a Production Line Manager at South African Brewery in 2005, focusing on optimizing shift performance and ensuring adherence to Key Performance Indicators. In 2010, Lele transitioned to a Manufacturing Development Specialist role at South African Breweries, where they facilitated improvement projects and developed training materials for standard operating procedures. In the same year, they also served as a Production Manager at the company. In 2011, Lele joined Centrax Systems as a Management Consultant, involved in the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions. They later took on the role of HR and Finance Manager, responsible for financial reports and investment activities. Currently, Lele holds the position of Head of Service Delivery at Centrax Systems, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Lele Msimango has a diverse education history. In 1994, they attended Grenville High School, where they obtained their Matric degree, with a focus on Biology/Biological Sciences. Following this, in 2003, Lele Msimango pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Chemical Engineering from Tshwane University of Technology. Finally, in 2016, they briefly attended the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, where they studied Business Administration and Management, specifically focusing on TQM (Total Quality Management).
