Joy Asher, M.S., MCS, has provided strategic leadership in career readiness, empowering students to achieve career success. They served as the Associate Dean for Career Readiness and Executive Director of the Center for Career & Professional Development at Centre College in 2022 and previously held various leadership roles at the University of Kentucky and Spencerian College. Joy also contributed to the Kentucky Career Development Association as President from 2014 to 2015 and served as a Career Mentor with the National Association of Colleges and Employers. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Centre College and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology at the University of Kentucky.
