CCES is the world's leading provider of training, education and research in the highly specialised areas of customs, excise and border management. Our international leadership role has been acknowledged by the World Customs Organization (WCO) with whom we have a formal Memorandum of Understanding, and from whom we received a Certificate of Recognition for our continuing support of international customs research and development.

CCES at CSU also provides the Secretariat for the International Network of Customs Universities and, in association with the University of Münster, Germany, publishes the World Customs Journal, the world's leading journal dedicated to customs matters.

Our programs have been formally recognised by the WCO as meeting the requirements of the WCO Professional Standards, and are continually updated through our ongoing research activities to reflect contemporary and emerging issues. A key strength of our programs is our global network of experts, which is expanding to keep pace with the high level of demand in this emerging area of academic pursuit. Our student base includes customs, other government agencies, international organisations, companies and individuals in over 180 countries.
